Contractual partner and scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) govern the business relationship between Carina Strolz eU, hereinafter referred to as “Seller”, and the customer, hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”, in connection with the purchase of tailor-made ski pants.

 

Customization and design process

2.1 The customer puts on ski pants tailored in a similar size, the seller takes the customer's individual measurements and creates a tailor-made design for the ski pants based on these measurements.

 

2.2 Each ski pants is made according to a pattern designed specifically for the customer.

 

Payment terms

3.1 Payment is made in accordance with the agreed conditions when the order is placed.

 

3.2 The buyer undertakes to pay half the purchase price before the production process begins. After payment the order begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the product. This must be paid 14 days after receipt of the goods. 

 

Delivery time and completion

4.1 The delivery time is approximately 3 weeks from the time of the order.

 

4.2 The ski pants are completed according to the customer's individual dimensions and design requirements.

 

No exchanges or returns

5.1 Due to the bespoke and personalized nature of the products, no exchange or return is possible after purchase.

 

5.2 The buyer is therefore requested to carefully check the dimensions and design specifications before ordering.

Retention of title

6.1 The seller remains the owner of the goods until the customer has paid in full. 

 

Warranty and liability

7.1 The seller guarantees that the tailor-made ski pants meet the customer's individual requirements.

 

7.2 The Seller is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from improper handling or improper use of the ski pants by the Buyer.

 

Final provisions

8.1 The law of the Republic of Austria applies.

 

8.2 Place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
